What are the lessons that you learned after reading the commencement address of Steve Jobs?
I learned many things about the commencement address of steve jobs its like saying goodbye to the world and all his love ones. I was touch by what he said. He emphasize three things to give important details in his life this are connecting the dots, love and loss and death.
the first part of the story was Connecting the dots, the words itself we can easily understand that it has something to do in the past experiences in life. If we look back in all the things we have done in our past we can make a connection from the past present and future. Some part of life are not good and others are good.
the second part of the story was Love and loss, We must know what we love even if it is a thing, a person, a place and etc., so that we will not regret if we didn't get it. Loss is is sometimes ignored by us but its a big thing because their is no loss ahead always at the end. Like big cost of money misplaced by us or lost, we will find it no matter what happens because it is important we cannot buy something we love and some favorites without money.
the third part of the story was Death, some feared death and others are not. It will not choose anyone, any place any time. I believe in the saying time is gold because we can never return back time. Death will come to us in the right and only god knows when, where and how. Like steve jobs, doctors said that he is running out time he will go somewhere and there's no returning back but it didn't happened. That's part of life and its a blessing from god to be alive everyday. We should not waste time while we are still alive we must do everything to be happy and contented in life.

Assignment 3
MY PURPOSE IN LIFE
What my purpose?
A simple question but hard to answer. Many words and scenes comes out of my mind when this question is asked. We are unique to one another and we have different skills and talents to be share. I can say that my purpose is to be a good person who shares a helping hand to those who are needed. As i look into our poor neighbors i can say to myself i'm lucky to have a loving and caring family while they don't have. It's a blessing and gift from god to be alive and happy everyday. So while I'm still alive in this cruel world I will do what god has planned for me and so be it. It would be fool for me to say that I can do that, I can do this but in fact its only an illusion. For now as a youth and student their are many things in life that i will pass along the way like hard trials and problems so i must face it. My friend told me that before the problem is given to us the answer is given first and i believe on what he said. I must respect and love myself so that others will respect and love me also. As wake up every morning up to going to bed i can see that what i have done all day is like a routine and its a boring situation in life.
In my own opinion, my purpose is be a successful man. To have a good life.

Success in life cannot be achieved without undergoing any failure! It is shown in the video Pirates of Silicon Valley the many factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve jobs as a Technopreneur. Before the failure is given to us success is behind all of that because god makes the trials to challenge us to pursue all of our dreams in life. It is not easy to be a technopreneur because it needs a lot of resources, time, dedication, patience and will.
Steve Jobs is one of the best person who contributed many wonderful things in the field of Information Technology. Many factors have been helpful to Jobs success and most of it is his personal expertise and and some good attitudes. I find Steve jobs as hardworking, intelligent, organized person, professional in his work and many more. I see that they failed because there is some lacking in what they must have done right.
Back in some scenes from the movie, I find Steve jobs good in business when he went to the house of a computer programmer to buy his computer program with least amount were they can develop it and earn big for even a million dollars. In this situation i find that they are good in persuading and making business with other people. Steve jobs has many friends and families who supported him that make him go beyond the limit and achieve more in life. This is also a big factor helps to contribute to his success.
During their college days, Steve jobs and friends were in their room busy making homemade computer they took many hours, days, weeks, months just to finished it while others are in busy also in the daily routines of their miserable lives. Their homemade computer was one of the greatest inventions made by mankind. Their business is in the field of technology that made Steve jobs rich thanks to his brilliant mind and all the people who supported him. Steve jobs does not possesses all knowledge in the world that's why he also get some idea from other people and utilizes it well. He is a smart leader, find ways on how to get information’s about Xerox's new invention on using graphical user interface (GUI) and the mouse. He even uses his charisma to one of the staffs to absorb more data.
He ripped her off and incorporated those technologies in the new Macintosh. That’s why there were pirate flags in every desk of the Macintosh team in their company.
Steve was regarded as a source of motivation and inspiration by his employees. He described the Macintosh development team as 'souls who were well grounded in the philosophical traditions of the last 100 years and the sociological traditions of the 1960s.' Steve emphasized constancy of aim and effort. As a result, the Macintosh team pursued their dream through grueling hours of work and against formidable odds.
Steve jobs is a strict employer in his business he makes sure that all things are settled down, he pushes all his employees to work hard, continue to do more, perform well and be better as they can be for the benefit of them all. Steve jobs employee is also one of the factor that contributed a lot for the success of his business and his life.
Steve jobs for me failed his business because he is too much bossy, arrogant, high pride, forget where he came from and selfish. This attitudes contributes to the failure of Steve jobs being a technopreneur. Everything changes when Steve reach his goal and make it to the top for a worthwhile he did not manage well his business and instead puts it to downfall. Steve jobs is also harsh to his employees in the same manner. Many friends and colleagues of Steve was dismay because of his wrong doing. Steve has a good side of a person and also a bad side and that is the thing that i don'y know. In the film, their are some scene that he does and not proper to do as an employer of a big respectable company it makes his image a bad guy and is not acceptable by anyone. Steve can change for the betterment of his life and the company. He is the one responsible for actions and the one making his future. Steve jobs was also depressed that he always have wanted to have mother. Maybe this is the reason why is so unstable.
All the things that I mentioned above are some of the factors that contributed to the success and failures of steve jobs in his career and life. He can still cope up with the failures if he will change all the wrong doings that he made and change for the goodness of his life.

2. How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?
I cannot see myself yet as a technopreneur,
Can I really earn from technology? People think nowadays about their future. They think seriously, of course life is not a joke. But sometimes people don't know how to do it. Well in fact the things they need is just around them. The keep on looking for money and they are looking for it badly. Sadly, they don't really know about earning through technology. Technopreneurship, sounds weird right? But that is how it's called.
This information age people live life easily especially when technology is involve. Being a technopreneur is not an easy instead so hard and full of challenges because you have to prioritize and consider many things. I see myself like a seed that needs assistance, fertilizer, air, light and water in order to grow up and be a good plant. I need inspiration if ever I become a technopreneur someday like our lord god, my family and friends close to my heart.
As a student, I will study hard, make my projects and assignments with all might because someday all the things and staff that I've learn inside the academe will be a big factor that help to succeed in life. I will not enter into a relationship, means no girlfriend just study only. After the class I will go directly to our home and not stop by in any streets just to have fun its a waste of time and i can something in return. I save my extra money will I'm still studying in college that's a big help to my parents so that tomorrow they can give me small amount of allowance instead a big one. I ask guidance and blessings to our lord god that he will provide my daily needs and if the technology in business is really inline to my career or job so it be done. If ever I can build up my own business I will strive hard go beyond the goals, punctual, man with one word, not making promises, aim high, be competitive and effective with other businesses and be creative. I like this part of the film when bill gates said that "I studied but never topped but today, the topnotcher of the best universities are my employees." It gives us simple message that changing our mindset after graduating to our desired course just become a government employee who just gets a minimum salary every month. How inspiring. Life is truly not just a battle of skills, but a battle of wills its up to us on how to handle it. Even if we are not abundant in wealth in short poor I think its not a reason for me become a technopreneur someday if ever. I didn't think of becoming a businessman or technopreneur all I think is to have a good paying job who can sustain my daily needs to help my family and not as a big burden to them. When this time come if ever I prefer to become humble person. I will keep my feet on the ground. All the things that I've learned from my studies I'll used it for the right and good reasons.
If i will become a technopreneur I will not easily trust anyone especially the competitors because they will play dirty in business, they will make stories just to claim they are clean and the others not. I will not decide base on my own understandings depending on certain situations if the business is facing many problems. I know that i am not good in business but I will study and make some research on how to handle people and business that is very big help in business making.
I will try to consider the reasons why I want to start up a business and what kind of business should i enter. I will better think and realize things before i will start any move in business. I will think millions of times again and again and again. If i think i am ready then as soon as possible i will start up a business. Steve Jobs - well known for his innovations. iPod - most carried gadget by young population. Look at the success of Google - brain child of Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Technopreneurship is not a product but a process of synthesis in engineering the future of a person, an organization, a nation and the world. In a digital, knowledge based society, strategic directions or decision-making processes will be demanding and complex. This requires tertiary level and professional development programs and training to produce strategic thinkers who will have the skills to succeed in a dynamically changing global environment. Traditional educational programs, however, lack the methodology to transform today's students into creative, innovative, visionary global leaders who understand the importance of technopreneurship.
I will take the same career path that Steve Jobs took in the sense that he has wide ideas, professional skills, courageous man, a risk-taker and good businessman those are some characteristics that i want t acquire on my career along the way but i don't want to have the bad characteristics of him only the good part of him. Steve jobs is one good example of a businessman but not all staff about him. I hate the way Steve jobs treat his employees! He is so harsh to them uses his authority being the employer to abuse them. In the film, I've seen the part were he force all his employees to work straight to make a project more than the usual working hours of an employee also I've seen when his employees are working finished their work suddenly he pulls the plug so they start all over again in the beginning. All there effort are wasted because of Steve jobs their boss who pulled the plug. It only shows disrespect to the rights of an employee.
All the bad things that happens in our daily life has reason before god give it to us the solution is given first its up to us on how to handle the situation. Life has many twist and trials we have to cope up in that situation for us to stay happy and contented. In our life all the material things will fade away but not those things that money can't buy like love, happiness, success, care and many more. MY INSIGHTS TO PERSONALITY TEST
others judge me based on what i do they don't know everything on me. i laugh when they judge me and find out on their selves that their are wrong on judging me. my personal traits show on what kind of person i am. every individual is unique possesses different personality. i find it hard to express my feelings with others when i know i will just make mistakes. knowing oneself is not an easy thing. i like to some extreme things like mountain climbing, eat exotic foods, travel around the Philippines, meet the president of the Philippines, be a successful man someday and etc. that's all my future plan in life that i want to do. i don't feel comfortable when i'm inside a big crowd it makes me tired, anxious and everything. I took up a personality test, and came up to the result that indicates that I am “Somewhat Entrepreneurial”. It felt good because, I know for somehow that I have the future to be part of the field of business in higher technology. It runs in my mind, that I have the capabilities of managing and building my own company.I’m imaging the future ahead of me. Along with, I have also this side that when I get angry I really show it up, being frank one, I really have to express what I feel. Just like a lion, I growl until I stop and I’m satisfied to what will I say. My strong personality comes out when I get suffocated from being stepped down. I don’t care with what others will say, as long as I’m doing the right thing that will make me calm and not bothered at once. I realized form the personality test that, if I will have authority over the others, I must keep my feet on the ground, so that, I’ll be able to hear their parts as well. I learned that, I have to stand still over my own decisions but with the advice and help of others. It’s about shaping an idea coming from the discussion of everyone else, then to a brilliant outcome because of the entire body. the answer of the personality traits test reflects on us if we are somewhat technopreneur and what kind of person we are in the field of business especially when making an approach to other people and making decisions. Confidence is a vital aspect of our day-to-day lives and is especially important in the workplace. In fact, many of us had to work hard to achieve some semblance of confidence. People with low confidence and self-esteem often feel unappreciated and find it hard to succeed. The good thing is that it can be achieved with time and effort. Rome was not built in a day, so don't expect the same for yourself and do not push yourself to the limit.
I find that it is extremely critical to know precisely what your 4 letter Personality Type is, and it's worth taking a little bit of extra time to be 100% sure.
There are 16 Personality Types, and picking the wrong type is like putting diesel fuel into a car that takes regular gasoline. The wrong type of fuel just won't work right and you will damage your engine. Having the wrong Personality Type will waste your time and result in you getting bad information about yourself.
Knowing your correct Type will help you achieve: more job satisfaction, more success and better relationships.
I read in the magzine and find some answer why personality test are not accurate. here are the reasons below:
1) Cultural Biases and Honesty
Some people answer the questions based on how they wish they were, not how they actually are.
This is because they have an image in their mind of what is proper.
For example, we have seen people who believe that being organized is very important yet they are not all that organized. They will answer as if they were very organized, when if fact they are the opposite.
The important point is that being well organized is not always the best thing for certain Personality Types because they have other things to focus on.
It's important to know yourself and to answer truthfully. Otherwise you are just lying to yourself and that will get you no where.

Success in life cannot be achieved without undergoing any failure! It is shown in the video Pirates of Silicon Valley the many factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve jobs as a Technopreneur. Before the failure is given to us success is behind all of that because god makes the trials to challenge us to pursue all of our dreams in life. It is not easy to be a technopreneur because it needs a lot of resources, time, dedication, patience and will.
Steve Jobs is one of the best person who contributed many wonderful things in the field of Information Technology. Many factors have been helpful to Jobs success and most of it is his personal expertise and and some good attitudes. I find Steve jobs as hardworking, intelligent, organized person, professional in his work and many more. I see that they failed because there is some lacking in what they must have done right. Don’t just limit yourself in one thing. Anyone has a freedom to do such good things in order to produce also good things that can help yourself and not just yourself but also for the community that surrounds you. Steve Jobs has that kind of factor. Allow yourself to feel free and do well what you want to do and we might not know, because of that freedom many people will be proud of you. Doing his best is also one factor that he has in his self. If you love of what you are doing then you need to do your best in order to create a great work of yours. Just like Steve Jobs, he did his best in doing or making such Apple’s unique differences. He is hungry and craving for success because for him success generates more success. Also, because of Steve Jobs‘ vision which to be an open minded to other people in order to gather more ideas of his works. Looking for the next big thing is one of the factors that he has. Look or find any set of ideas that can help your work which need to be quickly and decisively acted upon and then jump through it. Marketing your product/service and financing the project are also of concern. I noticed that most technopreneur use a combination of due diligence and gut instincts while evaluating their product/service. They are good at spotting a need in the market and then backing themselves up to believe that their idea can fill that void.
Back in some scenes from the movie, I find Steve jobs good in business when he went to the house of a computer programmer to buy his computer program with least amount were they can develop it and earn big for even a million dollars. In this situation i find that they are good in persuading and making business with other people. Steve jobs has many friends and families who supported him that make him go beyond the limit and achieve more in life. This is also a big factor helps to contribute to his success. And there was an unfair treatment between the team of Macintosh and Apple II. Steve spoiled the Macintosh team, buying them some expensive things for the employees of the said team but the Apple II team received only a simple thanks to them. When Woz noticed the treatment between the two teams, Steve though that he was just joking but Woz is merely serious so Woz decided to quit to the company because he doesn’t like it anymore. This is shown in the creation of the iPod. Before the iPod, the MP3 player market was almost non-existent, as most players were of low quality, and were not nice to look at. He changed this by taking a look at the market,and creating a unit that he would want to have in his pocket. Steve Jobs doesn’t want to be a regular Joe. When he founded Apple, he didn’t want to be yet another company battling for money in the Silicon Valley,he wanted to change the world. This hunger to be known made him as successful as he is today. Devotion is important, and when it came to the products his company was creating,Jobs was devoted. He made sure that the products being put out looked good, and worked. When it came to Pixar, he made sure that quality actors were hired for the films, and that the animation was excellent. Jobs expected this same level of devotion back from his employees, which sometimes led to conflict.Most entrepreneurs do not start out with thousands of dollars in capital to start a company. They need to convince others to invest in their company to get it off the ground. To convince others to invest in his businesses, Jobs had to use his natural charisma. Charisma is almost of a way of cheating in the entrepreneur realm. A good product will usually gather investment, but a mediocre product with a good product head has just as good of a chance of gaining money. Jobs shows off his legendary charisma when introducing new products at press conferences. He makes it seem like his product is the best thing since sliced bread.Steve Jobs has based the leadership culture of the Apple company on brand fanaticism and radical customer devotion. Though Jobs is highly criticized for his leadership style, but his achievements (introducing mouse and graphic user interface) cannot be neglected . they have become revolutionary. Then after that Bill Gates proposed to Steve about his program but Steve ignore it. But even though Steve ignore Bill’s program, Bill didn’t lose hope of insisting his work to Steve until Steve found out that Bill steal their program, Bill was still calm, he explained it all to Steve.
During their college days, Steve jobs and friends were in their room busy making homemade computer they took many hours, days, weeks, months just to finished it while others are in busy also in the daily routines of their miserable lives. He even uses his charisma to one of the staffs to absorb more data.

Steve has a good side of a person and also a bad side and that is the thing that i don'y know. In the film, their are some scene that he does and not proper to do as an employer of a big respectable company it makes his image a bad guy and is not acceptable by anyone. Steve can change for the betterment of his life and the company. He is the one responsible for actions and the one making his future. Steve jobs was also depressed that he always have wanted to have mother. Maybe this is the reason why is so unstable.

I cannot see myself yet as a technopreneur,
Can I really earn from technology? People think nowadays about their future. They think seriously, of course life is not a joke. But sometimes people don't know how to do it. Well in fact the things they need is just around them. The keep on looking for money and they are looking for it badly. Sadly, they don't really know about earning through technology. Technopreneurship, sounds weird right? But that is how it's called. To be an employer is great because no one manage you or dictates the things that you want to do for your business and you can earn double or triple than you expect depending on the goals that you want to achieve in your business rather than being an employee in a company who’s salary is fixed and pressure is almost all the time.Being a technoprenuer is a hard thing to do I think but with the right lessons coming from the academe and application in every knowledge we gain, and experience a person could become an employer and manage his/ her own business. Going back to the question “how do you see yourself as a technoprenuer?” as off now I see myself as a fruit that is not yet ripe. Just like fruit you can a unripe fruit but it will not taste good as what you expected in a ripe ones, I can’t do big things yet now as a technoprenuer but as I learn things in school and achieve the traits of a technoprenuer in the future I may shock my friends and the people you knows me of the achievements that I attain because of the process I’ve taken. But as of now, I’m a student and all I can do is to study hard, school side and I’ll try my best to be updated to the latest trend of technology here in our country in our country or in international. And also exercising the things that I learn and may learn in school and developing the skills that I have and may have in the future as I study the course that I took up. For me I must do my best to search and check that the thing that I made will be the only one in the local or in the national and nurture it and mold it in the best that I can. In our time now no one can live without money. You cannot survive if you don’t have money to buy food and all our basic necessities. We have what we call the basic mind set that we must go to school to earn good grades so that after we graduate in college we can have a work which is a good work that can sustain us.

Being a technopreneur is not an easy instead so hard and full of challenges because you have to prioritize and consider many things. I see myself like a seed that needs assistance, fertilizer, air, light and water in order to grow up and be a good plant. I reflected that being a technoprenneur is not just about yourself but it is on how you innovate something and convince others that you can make and develop what is in your mind and that you cannot just do it alone without their help. Of course, a man never know that he had unless someone going to recognize it and invest on it, and a man never knows what he lacks unless someone’s going to criticized about it. The most profitable business today is selling high technology weapons. On the darker side of the story, I can control the military by selling robots (artificial intelligence and laser computers). Then, in the near future, I will be the CEO of the renowned Cybernetic Corporation, a company that manufactures robots. I will make more robots to be used for space exploration, to discover the unanswered questions about the galaxy and space, the behavior of heavenly bodies and characteristics and composition of the planets and soon discover the undiscovered and know the unknown and fight the answers to indefinable matters. I can also use my robots for war and rescue operations. It would be funny to think that we are going to use robots for wars, it would be like child playing with action figures. But it would not bother conscience since that no human lives would be lost because robots will be the ones to fight head on with other robots. Like Tony Stark in the movie “Iron Man” who invented machine and sold it to war countries. But mine are robots, robots versus between those never ending war countries.
As a student, I will study hard, make my projects and assignments with all might because someday all the things and staff that I've learn inside the academe will be a big factor that help to succeed in life. I will not enter into a relationship, means no girlfriend just study only. After the class I will go directly to our home and not stop by in any streets just to have fun its a waste of time and i can something in return. I save my extra money will I'm still studying in college that's a big help to my parents so that tomorrow they can give me small amount of allowance instead a big one. I ask guidance and blessings to our lord god that he will provide my daily needs and if the technology in business is really inline to my career or job so it be done. If ever I can build up my own business I will strive hard go beyond the goals, punctual, man with one word, not making promises, aim high, be competitive and effective with other businesses and be creative. I like this part of the film when bill gates said that "I studied but never topped but today, the topnotcher of the best universities are my employees." It gives us simple message that changing our mindset after graduating to our desired course just become a government employee who just gets a minimum salary every month. How inspiring. Life is truly not just a battle of skills, but a battle of wills its up to us on how to handle it. Even if we are not abundant in wealth in short poor I think its not a reason for me become a technopreneur someday if ever. I didn't think of becoming a businessman or technopreneur all I think is to have a good paying job who can sustain my daily needs to help my family and not as a big burden to them. When this time come if ever I prefer to become humble person. I will keep my feet on the ground. All the things that I've learned from my studies I'll used it for the right and good reasons.
If i will become a technopreneur I will not easily trust anyone especially the competitors because they will play dirty in business, they will make stories just to claim they are clean and the others not. I will not decide base on my own understandings depending on certain situations if the business is facing many problems. I know that i am not good in business but I will study and make some research on how to handle people and business that is very big help in business making.
I will try to consider the reasons why I want to start up a business and what kind of business should i enter. I will better think and realize things before i will start any move in business. I will think millions of times again and again and again. If i think i am ready then as soon as possible i will start up a business. As I know myself above what others know about me, I am not actually have that enough knowledge and skills to be a successful technopreneur but I’m wiling to- willing to take a risks to have what it takes to be a successful one. As a technopreneur, I must consider the situation that their will be an instance that there will be someone who may steal my concept or ideas. As what I saw in the movie of Pirates of the Silicon Valley, Steve Jobs is an easy going person. He is confident about what he has in current. He was not thinking that he has an enemy around and just waiting for an opportunity. They can pull him down. Bill Gates has been a friend but suddenly became his great competitor in the world of business.
I need to be more focus on where I am, I know that I have to be a strong one to face the challenges that I may encounter in the world of technoprenuership. Challenges are everywhere. It can be a gamble in our life. I need to think about my own business and make more innovation to upgrade my business and my services. I must treat my business as a hobby of mine in which I would love it and do it with happiness and with my willingness.

Steve Jobs - well known for his innovations. iPod - most carried gadget by young population. Look at the success of Google - brain child of Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Technopreneurship is not a product but a process of synthesis in engineering the future of a person, an organization, a nation and the world. In a digital, knowledge based society, strategic directions or decision-making processes will be demanding and complex. This requires tertiary level and professional development programs and training to produce strategic thinkers who will have the skills to succeed in a dynamically changing global environment. Traditional educational programs, however, lack the methodology to transform today's students into creative, innovative, visionary global leaders who understand the importance of technopreneurship.
I will take the same career path that Steve Jobs took in the sense that he has wide ideas, professional skills, courageous man, a risk-taker and good businessman those are some characteristics that i want t acquire on my career along the way but i don't want to have the bad characteristics of him only the good part of him. Steve jobs is one good example of a businessman but not all staff about him. I hate the way Steve jobs treat his employees! He is so harsh to them uses his authority being the employer to abuse them. In the film, I've seen the part were he force all his employees to work straight to make a project more than the usual working hours of an employee also I've seen when his employees are working finished their work suddenly he pulls the plug so they start all over again in the beginning. All there effort are wasted because of Steve jobs their boss who pulled the plug. It only shows disrespect to the rights of an employee.
All the bad things that happens in our daily life has reason before god give it to us the solution is given first its up to us on how to handle the situation. Life has many twist and trials we have to cope up in that situation for us to stay happy and contented. In our life all the material things will fade away but not those things that money can't buy like love, happiness, success, care and many more. I will value my life and share to other how beautiful to live in this wonderful world with no regrets if I find the goodness in life soon.
What Steve Jobs has done is quite phenomenal, [He has taken huge risks and developed products with] incredible taste and eloquence. Microsoft has been vastly more successful with its computer business than Apple has, while Apple has revolutionized digital music with its iPod and iTunes, blowing away Microsoft in that sector of the industry.
A technopreneur is an entrepreneur who is technology creative, innovative, dynamic, dares to be different and take the unexplored path, and very passionate about their work. They take challenges and strive to lead their life with greater success. They don't fear to fail. They take failure as a learning experience, a stimulator to look things differently and stride for next challenge. Technopreneurs continuously go through an organic process of continual improvement and always try to redefine the dynamic digital economy. He is successful in apple but somehow he has a failure in that business. His attitude pulled him down. He lost his friends and also his girl that he loved.
I am not Steve Job and so I am different to him. I can’t be him. If I would be given a chance to achieve what he has right now, I would grab it. There is no wrong in grabbing every opportunity as long as you know what would happen when you take it. I know that each of us have different paths to take. It’s up to us if we will follow someone’s path. But if I were to choose I will make my own path to prove that I don’t need to follow someone’s path because I want to have originality and to be different in others. In every achievement there is an effort exerted. So, to achieve my dream I must strive hard and think on how I can achieve it. In taking the path to success there are some circumstances that we may have some mistakes. Mistakes are part of our life. In the movie, Steve Jobs has a lot of mistakes done. If one already had a family and it’s the early days of a company I cant imagine how one could do it, except for the fact that if the member is also into it. Understanding is the basic way to solve it because for sure you don’t have enough time to mingle with them, and even forgetting to eat. So you've got to have an idea or a problem or a wrong that you want to right that you're passionate about otherwise you're not going to have the perseverance to stick it through. I think that's half the battle right there. As I observed, maybe this is why or this is the reason if someone is young and engaged in this matter. Any career in life is not easy. You must to go through different trials for you to get the career you want. Even as now as an Information Technology student I my self have difficulties in pursuing my subject because it so hard. My mother keeps telling me since I was in 1st year that I should stop pursuing my course because it is very hard. She told me that why I am suffering in this kind of field where my mind cannot take all the situations. First time of my life in first year that I got a failing grade in a major programming language, it is very difficult for me because it is my first time but this thing or failure is not a hindrance for me to not to continue with my course. Now I am a 3rd year student still surviving even that im not a regular student. Life must go on. I am now in this part of my life, I am somehow far in my career as an It student, so we must continue and never give up on the things that we thought we cannot do.
I will think all over again before making up into a decision and what i will say. No one aims to be failed instead aim high and succeed. The reason why I study is to graduate soon and land into a good paying job that was before, but when I was enrolled into the subject technopreneurship it gives some idea that might change my outlook in life and my career. It teaches us to change the mindset of becoming an employee to an employer! It is a good guidance for us to be a better person and not a trash of the society. I want to secure myself and assured that I would be successful what path to take. I am also afraid that time what my family especially my parents think about me when I am failure to my decisions, because I want them to be proud of me. I want them to think something great about me because I do not want them to be discourage if I fail. There are times that I am thinking what will happen to me in the near future. I realize that pursuing your dreams can make you strong because you will encounter challenges. I want to think positive in a career path that I would take in order to be a successful person in life. If you would ask me if I would take the same career path that Steve Jobs took, probably I would answer “NO” because I am bound to make my own destiny. I have my own plans for myself and for my family. I have my own path to take which my family will be proud of me, especially God. I have my own specialty as a person and I will use that kind of specialty to gain more success in life. A strategy in a path that you would take is very much important so that you can surpass or overcome the challenges that you might encounter. According again to Steve Jobs, “Make a Dent in the Universe. Choose to be world-class at whatever path you choose”. If you have a dream which is from others is impossible to achieve, then, do not mind them. Follow the beats of your heart, find what you love and focus into the dream of yours. Other people’s thinking is not a hindrance for you to pursue a dream, it is up to you if you want to be affected to what others might say unto you. That is what I am now. I live in a world that full of criticism before but now I am already motivated as a person because of my family who guided me in every path that I took and I would take and supported me in every decision that I will make.

Don’t just limit yourself in one thing. Anyone has a freedom to do such good things in order to produce also good things that can help yourself and not just yourself but also for the community that surrounds you. Steve Jobs has that kind of factor. Allow yourself to feel free and do well what you want to do and we might not know, because of that freedom many people will be proud of you. Doing his best is also one factor that he has in his self. If you love of what you are doing then you need to do your best in order to create a great work of yours. Just like Steve Jobs, he did his best in doing or making such Apple’s unique differences. He is hungry and craving for success because for him success generates more success. Also, because of Steve Jobs‘ vision which to be an open minded to other people in order to gather more ideas of his works. Looking for the next big thing is one of the factors that he has. Look or find any set of ideas that can help your work which need to be quickly and decisively acted upon and then jump through it. Marketing your product/service and financing the project are also of concern. I noticed that most technopreneur use a combination of due diligence and gut instincts while evaluating their product/service. They are good at spotting a need in the market and then backing themselves up to believe that their idea can fill that void.
Back in some scenes from the movie, I find Steve jobs good in business when he went to the house of a computer programmer to buy his computer program with least amount were they can develop it and earn big for even a million dollars. In this situation i find that they are good in persuading and making business with other people. Steve jobs has many friends and families who supported him that make him go beyond the limit and achieve more in life. This is also a big factor helps to contribute to his success. And there was an unfair treatment between the team of Macintosh and Apple II. Steve spoiled the Macintosh team, buying them some expensive things for the employees of the said team but the Apple II team received only a simple thanks to them. When Woz noticed the treatment between the two teams, Steve though that he was just joking but Woz is merely serious so Woz decided to quit to the company because he doesn’t like it anymore. This is shown in the creation of the iPod. Before the iPod, the MP3 player market was almost non-existent, as most players were of low quality, and were not nice to look at. He changed this by taking a look at the market,and creating a unit that he would want to have in his pocket. Steve Jobs doesn’t want to be a regular Joe. When he founded Apple, he didn’t want to be yet another company battling for money in the Silicon Valley,he wanted to change the world. This hunger to be known made him as successful as he is today. Devotion is important, and when it came to the products his company was creating,Jobs was devoted. He made sure that the products being put out looked good, and worked. When it came to Pixar, he made sure that quality actors were hired for the films, and that the animation was excellent. Jobs expected this same level of devotion back from his employees, which sometimes led to conflict.Most entrepreneurs do not start out with thousands of dollars in capital to start a company. They need to convince others to invest in their company to get it off the ground. To convince others to invest in his businesses, Jobs had to use his natural charisma. Charisma is almost of a way of cheating in the entrepreneur realm. A good product will usually gather investment, but a mediocre product with a good product head has just as good of a chance of gaining money. Jobs shows off his legendary charisma when introducing new products at press conferences. He makes it seem like his product is the best thing since sliced bread.Steve Jobs has based the leadership culture of the Apple company on brand fanaticism and radical customer devotion. Though Jobs is highly criticized for his leadership style, but his achievements (introducing mouse and graphic user interface) cannot be neglected . they have become revolutionary. Jobs is perfectionist, and he has been described as being intimidating by several publications.
Then after that Bill Gates proposed to Steve about his program but Steve ignore it. But even though Steve ignore Bill’s program, Bill didn’t lose hope of insisting his work to Steve until Steve found out that Bill steal their program, Bill was still calm, he explained it all to Steve.
During their college days, Steve jobs and friends were in their room busy making homemade computer they took many hours, days, weeks, months just to finished it while others are in busy also in the daily routines of their miserable lives. Their homemade computer was one of the greatest inventions made by mankind. Their business is in the field of technology that made Steve jobs rich thanks to his brilliant mind and all the people who supported him. Steve jobs does not possesses all knowledge in the world that's why he also get some idea from other people and utilizes it well. He is a smart leader, find ways on how to get information’s about Xerox's new invention on using graphical user interface (GUI) and the mouse. He even uses his charisma to one of the staffs to absorb more data.
He ripped her off and incorporated those technologies in the new Macintosh. That’s why there were pirate flags in every desk of the Macintosh team in their company.

Steve jobs is a strict employer in his business he makes sure that all things are settled down, he pushes all his employees to work hard, continue to do more, perform well and be better as they can be for the benefit of them all. Steve jobs employee is also one of the factor that contributed a lot for the success of his business and his life.
Steve jobs for me failed his business because he is too much bossy, arrogant, high pride, forget where he came from and selfish. This attitudes contributes to the failure of Steve jobs being a technopreneur. Everything changes when Steve reach his goal and make it to the top for a worthwhile he did not manage well his business and instead puts it to downfall. Steve jobs is also harsh to his employees in the same manner. Many friends and colleagues of Steve was dismay because of his wrong doing. Steve has a good side of a person and also a bad side and that is the thing that i don'y know. In the film, their are some scene that he does and not proper to do as an employer of a big respectable company it makes his image a bad guy and is not acceptable by anyone. Steve can change for the betterment of his life and the company. He is the one responsible for actions and the one making his future. Steve jobs was also depressed that he always have wanted to have mother. Maybe this is the reason why is so unstable.
All the things that I mentioned above are some of the factors that contributed to the success and failures of steve jobs in his career and life. He can still cope up with the failures if he will change all the wrong doings that he made and change for the goodness of his life.

Can I really earn from technology? People think nowadays about their future. They think seriously, of course life is not a joke. But sometimes people don't know how to do it. Well in fact the things they need is just around them. The keep on looking for money and they are looking for it badly. Sadly, they don't really know about earning through technology. Technopreneurship, sounds weird right? But that is how it's called. To be an employer is great because no one manage you or dictates the things that you want to do for your business and you can earn double or triple than you expect depending on the goals that you want to achieve in your business rather than being an employee in a company who’s salary is fixed and pressure is almost all the time.Being a technoprenuer is a hard thing to do I think but with the right lessons coming from the academe and application in every knowledge we gain, and experience a person could become an employer and manage his/ her own business. Going back to the question “how do you see yourself as a technoprenuer?” as off now I see myself as a fruit that is not yet ripe. Just like fruit you can a unripe fruit but it will not taste good as what you expected in a ripe ones, I can’t do big things yet now as a technoprenuer but as I learn things in school and achieve the traits of a technoprenuer in the future I may shock my friends and the people you knows me of the achievements that I attain because of the process I’ve taken. But as of now, I’m a student and all I can do is to study hard, school side and I’ll try my best to be updated to the latest trend of technology here in our country in our country or in international. And also exercising the things that I learn and may learn in school and developing the skills that I have and may have in the future as I study the course that I took up. As what our facilitator said that being a technoprenuer doesn’t mean you must have high intelligence or greater than a normal person’s intelligence. As a technoprenuer I must have an idea for a business, or a business plan that never been implemented or invented and develop it with the best resources. And I believe that IT Hub give us a stepping stone in creating the idea that we have and process it by step. For me I must do my best to search and check that the thing that I made will be the only one in the local or in the national and nurture it and mold it in the best that I can. And if the business that I have will boom I must have the innovative mind like STEVE JOBS have and hunger for new development and open the ideas. Hard working, to be the best that I can, and to do the thing I like. And be competitive like Bill Gates that is not afraid in the nature of business. Before entering this field we must think it first if we can handle all the situations that would possibly happened during tits making. Understanding yourself is one of the important keys that have to be considered. I am willing to seek help from the trusted people around me -- my workers, family and friends who will surely contribute to the success of any strategy made. I know that being strict in duties will be a great help for me, but I am assuring everyone that I will be considerate in things that need to be acknowledged, faults that been made if there are, and in people who are the responsible of any thing that might destruct my business. I will see to it that any damaged made must be taken cared well so that lapses can be avoided.
In our time now no one can live without money. You cannot survive if you don’t have money to buy food and all our basic necessities. We have what we call the basic mind set that we must go to school to earn good grades so that after we graduate in college we can have a work which is a good work that can sustain us.
This information age people live life easily especially when technology is involve. Being a technopreneur is not an easy instead so hard and full of challenges because you have to prioritize and consider many things. I see myself like a seed that needs assistance, fertilizer, air, light and water in order to grow up and be a good plant. I need inspiration if ever I become a technopreneur someday like our lord god, my family and friends close to my heart. I reflected that being a technoprenneur is not just about yourself but it is on how you innovate something and convince others that you can make and develop what is in your mind and that you cannot just do it alone without their help. Of course, a man never know that he had unless someone going to recognize it and invest on it, and a man never knows what he lacks unless someone’s going to criticized about it. The most profitable business today is selling high technology weapons. On the darker side of the story, I can control the military by selling robots (artificial intelligence and laser computers). Then, in the near future, I will be the CEO of the renowned Cybernetic Corporation, a company that manufactures robots. I will make more robots to be used for space exploration, to discover the unanswered questions about the galaxy and space, the behavior of heavenly bodies and characteristics and composition of the planets and soon discover the undiscovered and know the unknown and fight the answers to indefinable matters. I can also use my robots for war and rescue operations. It would be funny to think that we are going to use robots for wars, it would be like child playing with action figures. But it would not bother conscience since that no human lives would be lost because robots will be the ones to fight head on with other robots. Like Tony Stark in the movie “Iron Man” who invented machine and sold it to war countries. But mine are robots, robots versus between those never ending war countries.
As a student, I will study hard, make my projects and assignments with all might because someday all the things and staff that I've learn inside the academe will be a big factor that help to succeed in life. I will not enter into a relationship, means no girlfriend just study only. After the class I will go directly to our home and not stop by in any streets just to have fun its a waste of time and i can something in return. I save my extra money will I'm still studying in college that's a big help to my parents so that tomorrow they can give me small amount of allowance instead a big one. I ask guidance and blessings to our lord god that he will provide my daily needs and if the technology in business is really inline to my career or job so it be done. If ever I can build up my own business I will strive hard go beyond the goals, punctual, man with one word, not making promises, aim high, be competitive and effective with other businesses and be creative. I like this part of the film when bill gates said that "I studied but never topped but today, the topnotcher of the best universities are my employees." It gives us simple message that changing our mindset after graduating to our desired course just become a government employee who just gets a minimum salary every month. How inspiring. Life is truly not just a battle of skills, but a battle of wills its up to us on how to handle it. Even if we are not abundant in wealth in short poor I think its not a reason for me become a technopreneur someday if ever. I didn't think of becoming a businessman or technopreneur all I think is to have a good paying job who can sustain my daily needs to help my family and not as a big burden to them. When this time come if ever I prefer to become humble person. I will keep my feet on the ground. All the things that I've learned from my studies I'll used it for the right and good reasons.
If i will become a technopreneur I will not easily trust anyone especially the competitors because they will play dirty in business, they will make stories just to claim they are clean and the others not. I will not decide base on my own understandings depending on certain situations if the business is facing many problems. I know that i am not good in business but I will study and make some research on how to handle people and business that is very big help in business making.
I will try to consider the reasons why I want to start up a business and what kind of business should i enter. I will better think and realize things before i will start any move in business. I will think millions of times again and again and again. If i think i am ready then as soon as possible i will start up a business. As I know myself above what others know about me, I am not actually have that enough knowledge and skills to be a successful technopreneur but I’m wiling to- willing to take a risks to have what it takes to be a successful one. That's the way I see myself as a technopreneur....

As a technopreneur, I must consider the situation that their will be an instance that there will be someone who may steal my concept or ideas. He was not thinking that he has an enemy around and just waiting for an opportunity. They can pull him down. Bill Gates has been a friend but suddenly became his great competitor in the world of business.
I need to be more focus on where I am, I know that I have to be a strong one to face the challenges that I may encounter in the world of technoprenuership. Challenges are everywhere. It can be a gamble in our life. I need to think about my own business and make more innovation to upgrade my business and my services. I must treat my business as a hobby of mine in which I would love it and do it with happiness and with my willingness.

This requires tertiary level and professional development programs and training to produce strategic thinkers who will have the skills to succeed in a dynamically changing global environment. Traditional educational programs, however, lack the methodology to transform today's students into creative, innovative, visionary global leaders who understand the importance of technopreneurship.
